the information systems and technology business needs
of current and prospective customers and suppliers, both
today and 3-5 years out. Ensured that the IS&T/E-Commerce
plan provided Organization with a competitive advantage,
allowing for a seamless integration of future acquisitions
as well as contributing towards increased efficiency and
cost reductions.

recommendations within the plan that led to increased
